Green Moong and Groundnuts

Wash green moong and groundnuts thoroughly, put them in separate bowls, add water and soak over night. Next morning, drain out the leftover water from the bowl. Keep the sprouts and groundnuts in a thin cotton cloth and place it in an open bowl to breathe for 5-6 hours.

And Voila by mid-afternoon your snack is ready to eat. Must say the groundnuts are sweet and yummy and the sprouts that are small and young are the healthiest and tasty.

Eat soaked groundnuts instead of roasted groundnuts.
